A Musical Experience to Strengthen Your Team
“Musician for a Day” is an engaging and accessible workshop designed for anyone who wants to experience the joy of making music together—no prior musical experience required.
Through percussion, singing, body movement, and simple musical instruments, participants will discover the power of music as a tool for communication and connection. Guided by an expert musician, they will have the opportunity to create sounds and melodies, embarking on a sonic journey that fosters creativity and strengthens team cohesion.

Objectives of the Team Building Workshop

- Sound shower: immersive sound experiences to stimulate perception

- Exploring rhythm through body movement and space

- Playing with rhythm, improvisation, and communication through sound
- Singing together and composing as a group
The experience will conclude with a group performance, where participants will put into practice everything they have learned in a shared moment of celebration—playing, singing, using percussion instruments, and performing a piece created by the group itself.
Materials and Venue
All necessary instruments (percussions, maracas, tambourines, keyboards, microphones, and sound systems) will be provided by the organization. The venue will be chosen based on the number of participants to ensure a comfortable and functional environment.
Workshops are typically held in Porto Valtravaglia (VA) at the “Vivi-scambio” center near the lake. However, it is possible to arrange the workshop at your company’s location upon request.
