Italian cooking classes on Lake Maggiore

Do you want to learn how to cook three typical Italian dishes that are easy to make? You can do it with us during our private Italian cooking class in the province of Varese, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The class will take place in the garden of a villa from the early 1900s near the lake, where you can savor the dishes prepared, accompanied by a glass of red wine. You can choose between two different menus:


Menu A

  • Pizzoccheri;
  • Pesto ligure;
  • Tiramisù.

Menu B

  • Spaghetti all’amatriciana;
  • Vitello tonnato;
  • Tiramisù.

The two menus

Pizzoccheri: we will learn to make a typical pasta from Valtellina using buckwheat flour, seasoned with potatoes, cheese, and cabbage; Pesto Genovese: a sauce made with basil, pine nuts or walnuts, garlic, and Parmesan; and finally, Tiramisù: one of the most famous and beloved Italian desserts worldwide.


Menu B
Spaghetti all’Amatriciana: we will learn to make homemade spaghetti topped with a typical Roman sauce made with tomatoes, guanciale, pecorino cheese, and black pepper. Vitello Tonnato: a specialty of Piedmontese Italian cuisine: it consists of cold veal slices accompanied by a sauce made with tuna, anchovies, capers, mayonnaise, and lemon; and finally, Tiramisù, one of the most famous and beloved Italian desserts worldwide.

In a private villa with garden near Laveno-Mombello (VA).

Everyday, from 11:00am-2:00pm.
