An intimate culinary experience, set against the splendid backdrop of a villa located near Lake Maggiore. Get ready for an unforgettable gastronomic journey through the rich and sophisticated flavors of Peruvian cuisine. Join us for an exclusive Cooking Class, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to create typical dishes from Peru, renowned for its complexity of flavors and the elegance of its preparations.
After learning to cook, you can enjoy your delicious dishes in a beautiful garden, accompanied by pisco sour and a glass of wine.
The “causa limeña” is a Peruvian dish that showcases layers of mashed yellow and red potatoes seasoned with lime and chili, filled with various ingredients such as fish and avocado.
Ceviche is a refreshing dish consisting of raw fish marinated in “leche de tigre” (a sauce made with lime juice, cilantro, celery, and chili).
Pisco Sour is a traditional cocktail from Peru and Chile, mainly composed of pisco (a grape-based distilled spirit), lime or lemon juice, sugar, and egg white.
The “salsa a la huancaina” is a creamy and spicy Peruvian condiment, made with fresh cheese and chili peppers, enveloping the palate in a harmonious combination of intense and velvety flavors.

Everyday, from 10:30am-2:00pm and from 17h30-21h00.

What it includes
