TEAM BUILDING WITH CERAMICS

A Unique Creative Team Building Experience

Discover an exclusive corporate team-building experience on the stunning shores of Lake Maggiore. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen team spirit, enhance workplace collaboration, and boost creativity through a hands-on ceramics and decoration workshop.

• Stimulates creativity and encourages out-of-the-box thinking.
• Promotes interactive collaboration among colleagues.
• Improves corporate communication through hands-on activities.
• Held in a stunning location, perfect for combining relaxation and teamwork.

Participants will work together to create a collective artwork, chosen in agreement with the company’s management. Two options are available:

• Corporate Mosaic: Each team member will create a tile that will be assembled into a unique piece.
• Collective Sculpture: Each participant will model a piece that, when combined with others, will form a symbolic team creation.

A professional ceramic artist will guide participants through each stage:

1. Ceramic Shaping – Learn how to work with clay and bring ideas to life.
2. Personalized Decoration – Add unique details and colors to create an extraordinary piece.

Laveno Mombello is renowned for its rich ceramic tradition. Before or after the event, participants can visit the Ceramics Museum in the charming Palazzo Perabò in Cerro di Laveno to explore the history and artistic heritage of this extraordinary region.

• Companies looking to strengthen their teams and improve synergy.
• Managers and employees seeking an innovative team-building activity.
• Teams wanting to step out of their routine with a creative and educational experience.
